- Provide a meeting-place promoting Georgian art, culture and tradition, and to support cultural exchanges.
- Support Norwegian-Georgian bilateral relations, and promote Norwegian culture in Georgia and vice versa.
- Provide comprehensive counseling-services on Georgia to individuals and groups.
